Police detained a man who attempted to distribute drugs in ang-pow packets in Kampung Kebun Sayor Bakri, Muar, last Thursday. The suspect was nabbed at 2.45pm, after a police team seized an ang pow packet containing 200 pills believed to be eramin 5, during a raid at a house. In a statement today, Muar police chief ACP Azman Ayob said the raid was carried out following information that the house was used to distribute drugs. He said the police also seized a cigarette tin containing what was believed to be ketamin weighing 8.56 grammes at the house. Meanwhile, Azman said a youth, believed to be a drug distributor was detained at a petrol station in Sungai Balang on the same day. He said police found two plastic wrappings, each containing compact dried plants believed to be ganja, and 142 grammes of heroin under the suspect's motorcycle seat. – Bernama, February 10, 2016.]]>
