Suspend Najib too, Khairuddin tells Umno Supreme Council members

After Umno Supreme Council suspended Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's membership yesterday, a former party leader, Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan has challenged the council to raise a motion for the suspension of party president Datuk Seri Najib Razak. He said all council members, which he described as "boot lickers", should at least raise the motion temporarily, while investigations into scandals involving 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), RM2.6 bilion donation and RM42 million from SRC International Sdn Bhd were ongoing.
