SRC knows nothing about RM42 million transfer, says Najib

Finance Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said SRC International had no information about the RM42 million it reportedly transferred ‎to his personal bank account. In a written parliamentary reply yesterday, he added that such allegations were unsubstantiated and were from a portal. Najib, who is also prime minister minister, said this in response to PKR's Kelana Jaya MP Wong Chen, who had asked him for the identity of the person who approved the transfer. Wong Chen also asked whether the RM42 million had been returned to SRC International, a company wholly owned by the Finance Ministry. "SRC International has no information about this issue and it is also based on a news report from a portal that was unable to determine the authenticity of its source," said Najib in the parliamentary reply.
